The new year always brings with it goal setting with the aims of a better life and a healthier you. But how many of you stick to it? Here's a different approach that might be helpful for you. Come up with a theme for the year. Just one or two words. What do you really want to achieve?
Here are some examples: unlimited abundance, rejuvenation, decadence, simplicity, love, excellence, courageous, beauty, motherhood, devotion, organisation, living dreams, success, gratitude, forgiveness, peace, happiness.
Choose the word that feels right for you. The one that gives the feeling that YES, this is going to be an amazing year. The one that makes you the most excited. The one that you know deep down will make the biggest differences in your life. And then apply that word to all the areas of your life - and get specific: your health, your,family, your work, or whatever it is you would like to achieve. I hope that you will find it easier to stick to your goals if you are living everyday with your theme.
I have decided that my theme for next year is living my dreams. And I am so excited to see where living my dreams takes me next year! I feel so excited about it that I just know its going to happen :-)
